Lighting


Lighting is Attune refers to how light is handled and propagated throughout the world.

Notes


  • Lighting is tile-based in nature.
  • Each tile has an inherent brightness value (default 0).
  • Tiles that emit light can have a higher default brightness value.
  • Entities can influence tile lighting, such as the player's lighting tool, enemies, etc.
  • A tile's brightness is also affected by the day and night cycle.
